Janna Marmon, Shannon Kluth & Kim Foster



Janna, Shannon & Kim are the owners of Fit Club and are certified Level 2 REB3L Instructors. They are passionate about lifting others up, building community and overall wellness, including both mental and physical wellness. They founded Fit Club to create a space where individuals feel welcome and comfortable, no matter where they are at in their wellness journey.  When they are aren't teaching, you can find them working hard on all things Fit Club and, of course, having a good time (maybe with some twerking involved).

Crystal Thornton

Crystal has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. Her classes are always fun and sometimes make you forget you're even working out! She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. Crystal's favorite place to be is at the beach reading a good book.

Teri Keller

Teri loves pairing her professional expertise in coaching and helping people with fitness. Her passion is unleashing your inner warrior as you conquer challenges and discover hidden strengths through cycling and group fitness classes. Dare to try and you'll see—you're capable of anything!

Paula Davis

Paula became a gym rat in 2019 with a love for lifting weights. She discovered REB3L in January of 2020, which saved her during the COVID pandemic and led her to become an instructor. She loves filling other's cups and in return, it fills hers. Paula will be your biggest cheerleader!

Nicky Loveland

Nicky is a certified Cycle, Barre, and Group Fitness Instructor. She is dedicated to providing fun and challenging fitness classes that are designed based on member goals, preferences, limitations, and experience levels. She truly enjoys being a part of your day and loves getting a great sweat session in together!

Megan Marcoux

Megan is a newly certified barre instructor with a passion for helping others build confidence, strength and joy through movement. Her classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly and full of encouragement — perfect for those new to barre or getting back into fitness.

Brynn Wurth

Brynn is a full time women’s health Chiropractor specializing in mobility and strength. She also holds a certification as a Birthfit Leader (a mobility and strength certification specifically for perinatal people). She loves working with all people, helping them to function better so they can keep up with their Colorado active lifestyles.

Carrie Roswell

Carrie has been a fitness & dance instructor since 2011. Her love for dance started way back on the Boulder High Poms squad, carried through to the CU dance team, and even landed her a spot as an NFL cheerleader for the Denver Broncos! These days, she loves helping others discover how fun and empowering movement can be. Whether it’s dance fitness, strength training, or anything in between, she's all about making classes upbeat, supportive, and full of good vibes.

Annita McCormick

Annita discovered Pound Fitness in 2024 after years of hearing about it—and instantly fell in love. Drawn to its “any age, any stage, any body” philosophy, she knew it was the perfect fit for her inclusive, empowering approach to fitness. Before stepping into the Pound world, Annita was a triathlon and marathon coach. Today, she brings that same energy and experience to every Pound class—motivating participants to challenge what they think they’re capable of and have fun doing it.
