We like to do things a little differently at Fit Club. We offer a variety of classes centered around being fun, uplifting & inclusive! We provide a non-judgmental environment where our members are empowered to let go of the tension and stress of daily life, leaving class feeling mentally & physically rejuvenated.


When you join our club, you become a member of our family. The connections that are made within the studio reach far beyond our doors. In addition to our fitness classes, we also coordinate special events & hangouts!

REB3L Groove

REB3L Groove uses hard hitting, easy to follow, bold choreography set to powerful and inspiring music resulting in a HIIT style dance fitness platform.

REB3L Strength

REB3L® Strength incorporates muscle toning movement to energizing music & choreography. It creates sculpted bodies and builds physical strength using low impact/high repetition training.

A$$ & Abs

Our A$$ and Abs class will sculpt and strengthen your lower body while targeting your core muscles for a complete workout. This class will reveal your 6-pack and perk your peach!

POUND

Release Your Inner Rockstar! This workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, energizing music.

StepIt

StepIt is a modern, energizing step aerobics class that has revolutionized the old-school step format. This is a high energy, low impact group fitness class. Each class incorporates choreography that makes every class feel like a party!

Muscle Conditioning

All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. No two classes are the same. This class uses weights, bands, balls, and gliders for strength training and ends with core training and stretching for a total body workout.

Ruck Club

Rucking involves walking with a weighted backpack or vest. Ruck club focuses on fitness, camaraderie & outdoor adventure. Ruck club gets together to participate in group rucks in and around Erie.

Barre

Barre is a muscular endurance workout focusing on small, isometric movements. We bring the heat with sweet playlists that will have your muscles shaking and your glutes burning.

Cycle

Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges, and jumps, all to music hand picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance.

Ski Conditioning

 Get your body in top shape, so when the snowfall hits, you’ll be ready to shred the mountain. You can expect leg-burning squats, core-strengthening moves and agility drills to mimic those sharp turns and power-craving runs.

Yoga

A dynamic whole body practice that includes vinyasa flow sequencing, sun salutations, core, balance, and restorative postures smoothly transitioning from one focus to the next.
